New product - BBQ spare ribs
The Wo Fat range has been extended yet further with the introduction of barbecue spare ribs. This is a medium cut rib and racks are individually vacuum packed steam-cooked, then frozen; this process retains the tenderness and moistness as well as the excellent flavour of the product.
The ribs are calibrated 700-900g, individually bar-coded, and packed 10 to the case – 8kg net case weight. This flexibility in the packaging and the ease of preparation make the product suitable for a wide range of applications in the foodservice and catering markets.
